Giganthro

Giganthro was a pre-human, white-furred hominid of great size and strength from the Miocene epoch, who was a member of the League of Infinity. His enhanced intelligence was the result of dwelling near the cave of the Book of Mercury. Giganthro's chief foe was the monstrous Dino-Man.

Comments

The name is reminiscent of Anthro, DC Comics' "early man" character, but otherwise Giganthro is rather different.
