A Global was a hand held device that features in Earth: Final Conflict.
Backgroud
A Global was a small Human made device that came into use after first contact occurred with the Taelons. They possessed a small screen that slid out and a camera. They were capable of recording images, transfering data and keeping communicating with people across the globe; even to ships in orbit. They became quite common on Earth.
