Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Gorgo was a colossal, bipedal amphibious creature that possessed the structural biological physical traits of a prehistoric theropod dinosaur integrated with marine adaptations. Gorgo possessed a heavily textured, bumpy, and thick-scaled hide covered in a dark, wet green-grey coloration. The head featured a broad snout, two large rounded red eyes that glowed in the dark, and an exceptionally wide jaw lined with rows of sharp white teeth. Positioned prominently on the sides of the cranium was a pair of large, webbed, ear-like fin protrusions that flared outwards. Gorgo walked upright on two massive, muscular lower limbs that terminated in wide, powerful webbed feet designed for aquatic propulsion and terrestrial locomotion. His upper limbs were relatively short but heavily muscled, terminating in long, sharp claws used for swiping at obstructions. A thick, muscular tail extended horizontally from the lower back to provide physical stabilization. Gorgo stood approximately 65 feet tall in this infant state, though Gorgo's mother shared an identical physical appearance on a vastly augmented scale of roughly 200 feet in height. Gorgo did not wear any garments or uniform, remaining entirely in a natural biological state.
Powers and abilities
Gorgo was born a member of an ancient, prehistoric reptilian race of giant amphibious dinosaur species that predated recorded human history. On a basic feats level, this ancient physiology granted Gorgo immense physical strength, stamina, and durability that significantly surpassed baseline modern organisms, allowing Gorgo to withstand underwater volcanic pressures, overturn watercraft, and smash through stone structures. While Gorgo lacked energy-based projectile weapons or thermal breath attacks, Gorgo possessed complete amphibious adaptation, enabling Gorgo to swim at high speeds and breathe or survive indefinitely both deep underwater and on land. Gorgo possessed a thick, armored hide that rendered Gorgo completely immune to standard human small arms fire and primitive capturing tools. Additionally, Gorgo possessed a localized bio-chemical or sensory tracking mechanism, which allowed Gorgo to emit a distinct phosphorous trail during transport that Gorgo's mother could perfectly trace across thousands of miles of open ocean to locate Gorgo's position.
