History

It was said that God would communicate with mankind informing them that the afterlife was full and that no more dead could pass into it with this signaling the approaching end of the world. As such, humans no longer could die and were unable to rest in peace even if facing mortal wounds. This meant that those that had heart attacks or had brutal injuries would continue to live in the world. God would gift humans with a special class of beings known as Grave Keepers with these individuals having the ability to bury the dead letting them rest in peace. This served as the only means of saving those people who became prized members of communities as they were tasked with burying the restless dead.

Overview

Burials conducted by Grave Keepers was the only way of letting the living dead to rest in peace.

It was said that they had no parents and simply sprang out of nowhere with no morals or emotions.
