Green Goblin (Marvel 2)

In an alternate future, Norman Osborn II (son of Harry and grandson to Norman Sr.) is unable to escape the Osborn legacy and dons the mantle of the Green Goblin to take revenge on Peter Parker.
While attempting to kill Parker at the Brooklyn Bridge, May Parker II, in her first adventure as Spider-Girl, defeated him. He eventually returned to kill Spider-Girl but could not bring himself to kill May, his childhood friend, and he was enlightened that the conflict was caused by his grandfather, not Peter Parker. He cast off the mask of the Goblin forever, and is now trying to make amends.
