Biography

Gregor Shapanka

Secretly, he looked to break into Stark's vault in order to steal the formula for his tiny transistors which Shapanka had intended to sell for a fortune. This he attempted in the cover of night when he was inadvertently discovered by Iron Man who looked him in the vault. This allowed for security guards to arrest him and for Tony Stark to find Professor Shapanka who he fired as the man could no longer be trusted with the secrets of the company. The only reason he did not have the man arrested was for his past work and achievements. After departing, Shapanka continued his experiments in prolonging human life in his cellar laboratory with this taking place in the following weeks. (Tales of Suspense v1 #45)
