Rudy Guzman was a member of Robert G. Durant's gang. Rudy seemed to be the closest thing Durant had to a second-in-command. Rudy was killed when Darkman captured him and duct-taped his mouth shut, putting him in a mask of Peyton Westlake, and a mask of Smiley over that. When Rudy ran into Smiley, Smiley knocked his double down. The Smiley mask came off, revealing "Westlake," who Smiley instantly shot. Smiley then pulled that mask off to discover he had actually just murdered his own friend Rudy.
