Personality and attributes
He came to operate the identity of Brainwave though called himself Brainwave Jr. to separate himself from his father. (All-Star Squadron v1 #24)
Brainwave had said that he had always admired the older superheroes though believed they would be incapable of fighting more modern heroes. (All-Star Squadron v1 #24)
He was noted for being the son of the super-criminal Brainwave who was an adversary of the Justice Society. (All-Star Squadron v1 #24)
Powers and abilities
He was capable of firing a brain-blast that was able to harm physical objects such as causing a vase to shatter or a gun. (All-Star Squadron v1 #24)
To protect himself, he could create a mental shield that was able to repel projectile weapons. (All-Star Squadron v1 #24)
