The High Artificer.

The High Artificer is (apparently) the ruler of the planet Aldebaran. In any case she is definitely the leader of the order of Aldebaran Artificers, depicted as being a gracefully aged, white female cat wearing flowing purple robes and a tall golden crown. She is the grandmother of Jenny's apprentice, Princess Felicia.
