Television
- In Justice League Action, the House of Mystery appeared in the animated television series first in the episode "Trick of Treat". Cain the Caretaker was present where he told a tale on Halloween when a number of Justice League members had been turned into children by Klarion the Witch-Boy where he tricked them into the house and had the monsters inside attack them. However, they managed to re-discover their true identities and fled the House before it disappeared with Klarion trapped inside.
Films
- In Justice League Dark, the House of Mystery appeared in the animated television movie with it being the home of John Constantine. It had no fixed location and instead manifested anywhere around the world and could float in the air. Many of John Constantine's personal items and artifacts were protected by the house which kept them out of phase to prevent theft. Constantine bet the House in a game of poker against the Demon's Three.
Video games
- In Injustice 2, the House of Mystery appeared in the setting of the fighting video game. In Doctor Fate's ending, it was shown that after defying the Lords of Order that Kent Nelson had to go into hiding where he put the Helm of Nabu in the House of Mystery.
