History

The cloning of the I-Jin.

As the Gentleman's power waned, it was decided to end the project to extend his life and instead seek to preserve his knowledge. Thus, they sought to transfer his knowledge into a new host body. However, no ordinary human mind could contain the great amount of lore and knowledge of Mr. Gentleman. As such, alternatives were considered and it was decided to create a body for him. The minds behind this project believed that the great minds of history were worthy of holding the Gentleman's knowledge. This led to them beginning a campaign to collect DNA of these dead humans and push the boundaries of genetic engineering to accomplish this feat. The result of their efforts were the I-Jin that were held in secret as they were being bred.

However, an unknown party was responsible for raiding the facility and stealing the I-Jin.

In the aftermath, the event was known as the I-Jin Incident that had nearly devastated the planet.

Overview

Following the raid on the facility that bred them, the I-Jin were altered through unknown means and enhanced to beyond human capabilities.
