- The Injustice Society was created by Sheldon Mayer and Bob Kanigher where they made their first appearance in All Star Comics v1 #37 (October/November, 1947).
In other media
Television
- In Justice League, a variation of the Injustice Society appeared in the animated television series set in the DC Animated Universe during the episode "Legends". They were part actually a creation of Ray Thompson and used to populate his world with them serving as antagonists of the Justice Guild of America.
- In Stargirl, the Injustice Society appeared in the setting of the live-action television series.
