History
IPX learnt of commercial ship Captain David Slainer being responsible for leaving Lyta Alexander at the edge of Vorlon space. Interplanetary Expedition's managed to keep an eye on Ms. Alexander and determined that she had been rescued as well as altered by the Vorlons. (Movie: Thirdspace)
There were some claims that IPX was nothing more than a front for the bio-weapons division for Earthforce New Technologies. In 2258, they were used as a front that sponsored a dig for Dr. Vance Hendricks who conducted an archaeological mission at Ikarra 7 where he discovered a thousand year old biological relics within vaults deep underground. The Ikarran weapon, however, bonded with Hendricks where it went on a rampage before it was destroyed. (Episode: Infection)
Overview
This company was described as being a multi-planetary corporation that had agreements with half a dozen alien governments that gave them unrestricted access across their borders in order to conduct their expeditions. (Movie: Thirdspace)
