Ishiguro-Himmel Systems was a corporation that came into being in the mid-21st century during the rise of various global megacorporations that became known as keiretsu. This Berlin based company came to be one of the largest of the keiretsu and had offices along with a sprawling operation network that spanned the world as well as encompassed whole cities. The massive amount of revenue generated by IHS meant that both the Global Strategic Alliance and Gondwana turned a blind eye to its operations as well as abuses of power. This corporations growing strength meant that it was so large that even the other super organizations have begun to worry about its goals.

Overview

One division of the company was IHS Security Services that were a corporate security team that consisted of ex-military as well as former law enforcement officers. They were seen as the ultimate authority in certain parts of the world which allowed its soldiers to act in anyway they saw fit in enforcing order which included employing brutality to achieve their goals.

The company was noted for creating a number of facilities for XS testing and refinement. Furthermore, they had created an artificial intelligence system designated as Ichthys.
