Biography
Ja'far (ジャーファル Jāfaru) was a male human born long ago as a citizen of the Parthevia Empire where he lived as a member of the Sham Lash who was a group of elite assassins. When he was 6 years old, he was forced to kill both of his parents to prove his worth as an assassin with this scarring his mentally. In time, he rose to become the leader of the Sham Lash with them being dispatched on assignments to eliminate targets or acquire objects for the empire.

Personality and attributes
In appearance, he was an average-sized man notable for his pain skin, short white hair and black eyes along with having freckles around his nose.
He tended to be a serious person who was easily angered.
After being saved by Sinbad, he devoted his life to serving and protecting the man.
Powers and abilities
Ja'far was originally trained as an assassin and was skilled in the use of rope darts that he used to either stab his foes or ensnare them in the ropes. He was able to use the lines on his darts to cross each other in order to constrict his opponents with this being a special assassination technique of the Sham Lash.
After serving Sinbad, he was empowered by his Djinn Baal who lent his magic to Ja'far's Household Vessel Bararaq Sei (Twin Snakes Rope Darts). This It took the form of his rope darts that were able to change into the form of twin snakes to ensnare and bite the opponent.
