Jabalani

King Jabalani was the older brother of Otwani and the benevolent ruler of Tigora. He had a large amount of respect for the Zamboulis, and thus allowed them to have the run of their own land. Unfortunately this made him an obstacle in Otwani's plans to open up Zambouli land for mining, and thus his own brother had him assassinated.
