Joe the Barber

Joe the Barber was a multi-phobic leopard pilot who was hired by Rebecca Cunningham to fly for Higher For Hire after Baloo, who'd become wealthy by taking advantage of Shere Khan's generosity, quit the company. Joe was nicknamed "the Barber" because of his tendency to fly at dangerously low altitudes, cutting the tops off of trees, due to his fear of heights. Joe's other fears included being afraid of the dark, an intense dislike of platypuses, and a paralyzing fear of strawberries. It was this last phobia that made Joe finally quit Rebecca's employ, when she "crossed the line" by asking him to deliver a shipment of strawberries.
