Jones (Fleischer Superman)

Jones was the personnel manager of the Metropolis Munitions Works during World War II and ringleader of Destruction, Inc. He was the mastermind behind the plan to destroy the Munitions Works by rigging it to explode, in the hopes of putting an end to the war.
