- In Batman: Soul of the Dragon, an un-costumed Rip Jagger appeared in the setting of the 2021 animated film where he was voiced by actor Chris Cox. This version was a man who came to study martial arts under the O-Sensei at his monastery in Nanba Parbat where afterwards he was joined by fellow students Lady Shiva, Ben Turner, Richard Dragon, Jade Nyugen and Bruce Wayne. Unknown to anyone, Jagger was actually a member of the Kobra cult who had infiltrated the monastery in order to find 'the Gate'. This was a doorway that was a portal to another dimension that contained the cult's god which was the great serpent Naga. Rip Jagger had intended to claim the key that was the sword Soul Breaker and open the portal with him accomplishing this by murdering Jade. He then awaited his master but was killed by serpent demons with the doorway only being closed by the sacrifice of O-Sensei.
