Biography
Karmang was a male Martian who was an inhabitant of the planet Mars. (All-New Collectors' Edition v1 #C-58)
Using his magic, he decided to summon individuals that would be his agents that would operate on his behalf. These included Black Adam from Earth-S and Quarmer of Earth-One that were to act on his behalf. The magic he used restored Black Adam's memories and he attacked Karmang as he refused to serve a master. However, the Martian was able to easily pacify Black Adam and forced his compliance where he set the two to place devices on the two Earth's in order to cause them to be attracted to one another where they would suffer from a planetary collision.
