In appearance, Kat was a short, slender, and exceptionally athletic female humanoid of the human race who possessed a highly agile and physically fit build. She had pale skin, large, expressive red eyes, and a highly distinct head of long, straight golden-blond hair that fell past her shoulders with short, jagged bangs framing her forehead. Her attire was highly stylized and unique, consisting of a tight-fitting, strapless black romper bodysuit that featured intricate, looping gold filigree framing and open geometric cutouts along her lower torso and midriff. She wore two matching decorative gold bracelets wrapped around her upper arms, a thick gold choker collar enclosing her neck, and a long, flowing dark scarf that billowed out behind her during high-speed aerial maneuvers. Her lower limbs were enclosed in a pair of thigh-high dark fabric leggings accented by matching gold trim and heavy-duty, flat-soled dark shoes fitted for high-impact landings, entirely lacking any traditional superhero capes, heavy military armor plating, or handheld mechanical firearms.

She operated as an independent protector within the city of Hekseville, demonstrating that her baseline physical reaction speed, aerial coordination, and close-quarters striking capabilities were advanced enough to combat otherworldly threats. By channeling Dusty's cosmic energy currents, she possessed the unique power of Gravity Manipulation, allowing her cellular structure to voluntarily negate, reverse, or completely alter her personal gravitational orientation to transform any vector of the sky into her own artificial "down" direction. Kat possessed the versatile skill to execute independent, high-speed aerial flight through spatial freefall, traverse vertical architecture effortlessly by walking on walls, and project a localized gravity field around her body to shield herself from kinetic trauma, enabling her to execute devastating Gravity Kick melee strikes without requiring standard firearms, military vehicles, or artificial structural enhancements.
