Biography
King Leoric was a male human who lived in the world of Sanctuary where he originated from the land of Kehjistan. in the 13th century, he received a command from the Zakarum Church to travel forth into the lands of Khanduras and declare himself king to rule over that land. Thus, he set forth with his family along with knights and priests with the latter two forming his Order of the Light. A trusted advisor was Lazarus who along with King Leoric's entourage settled in the town of Tristram where a decrepit monastery in the outskirts were taken as the seat of power. The people of Khanduras were not pleased to be ruled by a foreign king though Leoric came to serve them with justice. As a result, the people came to respect him and he was regarded for his purity of heart.
Though vanquished, 22 years later his spirit was reawakened due to the fallen star that crashed into New Tristam.

He came to be known as the Skeleton King.
Leoric came to marry Queen Asylla who was the mother of his two sons Aidan and Albrecht.
Powers and abilities
As the Skeleton King, King Leoric became a mighty spectral undead being with abilities far beyond a human.
