Biography
Kirsten McDuffie was a female human born in the modern age where she was the daughter of a prominent self-made book publisher Wendell McDuffie with her spending sometime in California. (Daredevil v4 #8) One day, she was noted to had been drunk at a bar when she heard that her mother had died with this haunting her for the rest of her life. (Daredevil v4 #15)
She came to be the new assistant District Attorney for the city which was when she approached Matt Murdock about him secretly being Daredevil. (Daredevil v3 #1)
D.A. McDuffie later attended a Christmas party where Matt Murdock was in attendance and celebrating where she asked him out on a date. (Daredevil v3 #7)
At San Francisco, they opened their practice that was known as McDuffie & Murdock. (Daredevil v4 #1)
Her father then made renewed efforts at reconnecting with her with Kirsten seeking to mend their relationship. To that end, she accepted to attend a dinner at her father's yacht with Matt accompanying her. The gathering was cordial until her father revealed that he had invited Murdock over for a business proposal as he wanted to publish an autobiography on Daredevil. (Daredevil v4 #8)
Afterwards, she received a call from Foggy Nelson to ask for her help in defending his client namely Daredevil who had decided to surrender to the authorities and stand trial for his actions. McDuffie lacked the memories of his true identity but decided to help the two on the matter where they were seemingly joined by Matt Murdock. (Daredevil v6 #23) She prepared for the trial to defend him though he came to plead guilty when at court. (Daredevil v6 #24)
Overview
Personality and attributes
Her father was well-off but down-to-earth successful book publisher with it said that his voice swelled with pride when speaking about his daughter. Though not close to her father, she became more receptive at mending things with him after seeing Matt re-connect with his own mother. Despite that, she did not like her father's new wife Dana McDuffie who she called a 'barracuda' and a 'cougar'. (Daredevil v4 #8)
She was noted to have had a nephew. (Daredevil v3 #1)
McDuffie came to be attracted to Matt Murdock and was the one who asked him out on a date. (Daredevil v3 #7) Kirsten had said that she had gotten over Matt Murdock after the two had broke up. (Daredevil v6 #24)
