In appearance, Kobra was a tall, lean, and athletic male figure who concealed his true facial features beneath an elaborate, ritualistic supervillain costume. He wore a form-fitting, emerald-green bodysuit that was paired with a flowing yellow cape designed to resemble a hooded snake cowl. His face was entirely hidden behind an ornate, golden mask sculpted in the likeness of an angry cobra, which featured narrow eye-slits and lacked any defined human characteristics. His shoulders were fitted with segmented gold pauldrons, and his forearms and shins were protected by matching golden gauntlets and boots, emphasizing his royal and authoritative status within the cult. The costume was completely devoid of traditional heroic emblems or colorful markings, presenting a striking, reptilian silhouette that symbolized his absolute rule over his fanatical subordinates.
