Dr. Konway

Biochemist in charge of the bio-tech lab at Enforcer Headquarters, Dr. Konway is the one who discovered that the cause of the sudden outbreak of animal mutations in Megakat City was due to Katalyst X-63, and he staked his job that it was the work of Dr. Viper. He also pointed the Enforcers (and the Swat Kats) to Megakat Biochemical Labs, where they could find the anti-mutagens they needed.
Comments
- Although unconfirmed, it is rumored that he is named for Samuel Konway a.k.a. "Uncle Kage." As a result, some fan sources give him the first name Sam.
