Biography

L'Etranger (French: The Stranger) was a male human born in the modern age with his origins not being entirely known except that by adulthood he came to operate as a freelance mercenary for hire. At some point, he was hired by John Dread and his organization with an attack to kidnap the delegates at a peace conference. Through trickery, he was able to capture them and rendered the attendees unconscious with knockout gas where he intended to transport them to his employer through underground train tunnels beneath Berlin.
