The League of Extraordinary Elects (超常選民同盟 Chōjō Senmin Dōmei) (L.X.E.) was a mysterious and secret organization formed in Japan which consisted of Homunculi along with their servants who were based primarily in Ginsei City.

In appearance, L.X.E. was a secret community of Homunculi and Familiars that operated in the Northern Kanto region of Japan.
