Lightray

He was later targeted by the New God Killer where his body fell to Earth to be found by Jimmy Olsen and Superman with Lightray perishing from his injuries. (Countdown v1 51)

Post-Flashpoint

Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. He was shown as a member of the Council of Eight that consisted of Highfather's trusted Generals and commanded the fores of New Genesis. (New Gods: Godhead v1 #1)
