Lips Manlis

Lips Manlis was a rival crime boss of Big Boy Caprice and owner of the Club Ritz, Lips Manlis was an immense man with abnormally large lips and a love of shellfish. He was also the late boyfriend of Breathless Mahoney. When Big Boy made his move to take over Lips' territory, Lips was abducted by Flattop and a trio of fake cops (actually some of Big Boy's thugs in disguise) taken to the Southside Warehouse, where he was forced to sign over the Club Ritz to Big Boy. Afterwards, Lips was subjected to the Bath.
