- In Firestarter: Rekindled, Lot Six appeared in the setting of the two-part live-action television mini-series. The Lot Six experiment in the miniseries takes place at Millington College in Millington, Colorado in 1979. 12 students were administered the experiment, including Andy McGee, Vicky Tomlinson, James Richardson, Mary Conant, Ralph Smithers, Larry Pierce, Harold Goldman, John Johnson, and Eve Waterson. The experiment consisted of a series drugs, one of which was identified as a psychotropic drug called di-lysergic triune acid. One of the students committed suicide during procedure by clawing his eyes out, and six test subjects developed severe mental illness, three of which committed suicide between 1979 and 1981. After the McGees' deaths, the remaining Lot Six test subjects were tracked down by Systems Operations Corporation, under the guise that they won a class action lawsuit. In reality, Systems Operations was acting on the orders of John Rainbird, and murdering the test subjects to erase any past wrongdoings. Larry Smithers was murdered in Los Angeles under the guise of a suicide by drug overdose, Larry Pierce was murdered under the guise of a car crash, Harold Goldman was murdered in Washington State under the guise of heart failure, John Johnson was murdered in Orlando under the guise of a suicide by gunshot, and Mary Conant was allegedly murdered by Systems Operations Corporation operative Gill James under the guise of suicide by strangulation. Conant actually involuntarily placed herself into suspended animation. Continued research in Lot Six has progressed to the creation of Lot 22, which turned several children into psychokinetic monsters, including a young boy named Cody, who became an energy sink, able to absorb any type of energy into himself.
