Biography
General Lucas Plague was the leader of the villainous Raiders with the intent on finding a way to control Pheta 7 in order to use it to gain dominion over the world. As such, he works in the High Frontier where he battles the Sky Commanders in the harsh environment.
Overview
Personality and attributes
He wears a dark costume with purple or green coatings on his armour and helmet. His most distinctive feature is a red scar that goes down his eye and appears to be a middle aged Human male.
