Maccus

Maccus was the first mate of the Flying Dutchman, and Davy Jones' loyal right-hand man. Like everyone else aboard the Dutchman, Maccus was part human and part sea creature, and had the head of a fearsome hammerhead shark. He led the away team that went ashore on Isla Cruces to attempt to reclaim the Dead Man's Chest before Jack Sparrow could.
