He eventually came to the monarch of one of the many provinces of Otherworld where he headed its Crooked Market. (Wolverine v7 #6)
As part of the event, Jaspers arranged for the catering to be handled for the contestants for the upcoming Contest of Swords. (Marauders v1 #14) During the matches, he had a secret arrangement with the Horseman Death of the Swordbreakers of Arrako. (Wolverine v7 #7)
