Mandrakos

Mandrakos was a town on Navarone, which was a center for the German occupation on the island. It was to Mandrakos that Keith Mallory and his team took the wounded Roy Franklin, hoping to find a doctor for him, only to be captured by German officer Muesel at the local clinic. After the group escaped from the German military base in the town, the Germans burned Mandrakos as punishment for the Greek resistance movement helping the commandos.
