History
The Masked Circle (仮面党, Kamen-tō) were a doomsday cult who were followers of Joker and sought out to collect Ideal Energy. Their origin were traced to a group formed by Jun Kurosu, Tatsuya Suou, Eikichi Mishina and Lisa Silverman who had met at the Alaya Shrine where they donned Phoenix Ranger Featherman R masks.
Overview
In appearance, the Masked Circle were a cult that based itself on the Zodiac and was centered in Sumaru City. Their goal was to collect Ideal Energy of those who possess dreams and use it to raise Xibalba in order to bring about a utopian age for humanity.
It was divided into the four Houses of the Circle that were each served by a special kind of zealot.
The cultists used special cards to create magic.
