Mayor (Nightmare Before Christmas)

The Mayor of Halloween Town. Resplendent with spider bowtie (made from a real spider) and impossibly tall top hat, the Mayor was a literally two-faced politician - his head was cone-shaped, with two different faces on either the front or back. One face was rosy-cheeked and boasted a bright, cheerful smile; the other was pale and sported a perpetual frown. Depending on the Mayor's mood, his head could swivel around to display either face.
