Biography
Meloni Thawne was a female human who was native to the 30th century was the daughter of Earthgov President Thawne. Her family spanned ten generations where they were bitter enemies of the Allen family. However, the young Meloni came to meet Don Allen of the Tornado Twins and fell in love with him. Their time together led to Meloni becoming pregnant with Don's son who came to inherit his fathers superspeed powers. Despite their love, Meloni's father President Thawne was infuriated at his daughters association with their family's hated foes. This saw him forming an alliance with the alien Dominators where their invasion of Earth led to the death of the Tornado Twins. Bart Allen was abducted by Earthgov and studied with President Thawne intending to groom him to become his successor whilst Meloni was locked away after being disowned by her father. (Impulse v1 #5)
