Mertz

Mertz was a planet some distance from Darkwing Duck's Earth, populated entirely by humans instead of animals. Almost everyone there possessed superpowers, with the sole exception being the aptly-named Ordinary Guy. Other natives of Mertz included Comet Guy and Official Guy. Mertz's culture revolved around super-heroism and constantly rescuing anyone in need of help (unfortunately for the easily annoyed Ordinary Guy, this meant him). When not actively performing heroic feats, the people of Mertz all wore "disguises" consists of business apparel and glasses.
