Mike (Dick Tracy)

Mike was the owner of Dick Tracy and Tess Trueheart's favorite diner. Dick was known for good-naturedly insulting the "bad" food that Mike cooked, while Mike in turn would "complain" about slaving over a hot stove for the detective.
