Mood Stones

The Mood Stones were magical items acquired by Abis Mal, imbued with the ability to affect the mood of whoever touches them. There were six stones in all:

• The pink Stone made the subject feel affectionate and romantic.
• The green Stone caused envy.
• The white Stone made everything seem like a hilarious joke.
• The blue Stone made the subject lazy.
• The purple Stone gave feelings of refinement and superiority.
• The yellow Stone made the subject a coward.

Abis Mal and Mechanicles teamed up to lure Aladdin and his friends into a trap, then use the Stones on them. The pink Stone was placed on Iago, the green on Princess Jasmine, the white on Abu, the blue on Carpet, the purple on Genie, and the yellow on Aladdin himself. With the heroes completely disorganized by the Stones' effects, the two villains easily captured them, but Aladdin was able to override and destroy the yellow Stone, defeating the villains and freeing his friends from the Stones' influence. Abis Mal and Mechanicles' lair was destroyed, and the remaining stones scattered among it- except for the white Stone attaching to Mechanicles, and the green one attaching to Abis Mal. The Mood Stones have not been seen since.
