History
NorBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission) was a medical organization established on Earth in 2004 that was a joint enterprise between the USA, Canada and Mexico for countering bio-terrorism.
A terrorist cell came to infiltrate the NorBAC laboratory and forced the scientists to produce a deadly measles strain.
Overview
Its mission was to investigate all fields that related to biotechnology which included research in bio-weaponry and nanotechnology. The objective was to study matters of a questionable nature and report the findings of the investigation as well as act upon them. As such, the staff of NorBAC consisted of a well trained team with a wide array of disciplines.
NorBAC was headquartered in Toronto though its staff travelled all around the world.
