Order of the Flame

The Order of the Flame are a group that features in the game Drakan.

Overview

The Order of the Flame were a secret society that exists in the world of Drakan and consisted of those individuals that were capable of joining the great dragons that flew across the lands. The two entities would agree on a pact known as the Bond which was sealed through the use of the Dragonstone where a single man's life would be forever connected to the great dragonic creature. These Bonded formed an alliance of like minded people who served as protectors and arbitrators which formed the Order of the Flame.

From its position, the Order would spread its influence thorughout the continent where they worked to end the petty conflicts of the various nations. From this, the scholars brought about peace andbegan a study into magic. However, one of their own known as Narvros, disappeared and helped in the formation of the Dark Union which sought the destruction of the Order of the Flame.
