Owslafa

Owslafa was an exclusively Efrafan term. The Owslafa were a small division of Efrafa's Owsla commanded by Vervain, and their one and only priority was upholding Council's authority within the warren. They did not perform many duties normally performed by Owslas, such as patrolling.
