Personality and attributes
In appearance, Pegasus Seiya was a young boy with light skin, brown eyes and hair.
Powers and abilities
As a Saint, Seiya ha been trained to learn how to use the power of the Cosmos within his own body and used it gain super strength, speed, agility and reflexes.
Seiya had trained for six years and defeated ten other trainees to obtain the Pegasus Cloth and the status of Saint of Athena. Initially, he served under Marin's tutelage where Seiya was taught the necessary fighting techniques of a Knight along with the mysteries of Cosmo.
Before descending into Hades, he came to awaken his eighth sense known as Arayashiki that allowed him to enter the Underworld without being subject to Hades's rule
Though a Bronze Saint, his abilities gradually grew to the point that it rivalled those of the Gold Saints who were the most powerful of Athena's soldiers.
Among the techniques known to him included:
- Pegasus Meteor Fist (ペガサス流星拳, Pegasasu Ryūsei Ken?) : a move consisting of a series of rapid punches in mid-short distance.
- Pegasus Comet Fist (ペガサス彗星拳, Pegasasu Suisei Ken?) :
- Pegasus Rolling Crush (ペガサスローリングクラッシュ?, Pegasasu Rōringu Kurasshu) :
As a Saint (聖人, Seijin), he stood amongst the mythical 88 Warriors of Athena ( アテナの戦士 Athena no Senshi) where they served their goddess throughout the ages protecting justice and peace on Earth. He was one of the forty-eight Bronze Saints and was protected by the Pegasus Constellation leading to him wearing the Pegasus Cloth.
