Phillips (Doctor Who)

Phillips.

Phillips was a man who lived in London. During the dinosaur invasion, when the military evacuated everyone, Phillips stayed behind in the city and became a looter. He encounter the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith in a jewelry store he was robbing. The two didn't know anything about the dinosaurs, and attempted to question Phillips about what was going on. Phillips, brandishing a shotgun, thought they were other looters and told them to find their own places to rob. He then drove away in his car. He didn't make it very far before he encountered a tyrannosaurus, which wrecked his car and killed him.
