Putty Patrol

The Putty Patrol (singular: Putty Patrollers) were foot-soldiers under the control of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. The originals, commanded by Rita and created by Finster, were weaker; the later Patrollers were created by Lord Zedd, and much stronger, with their only weak point being the 'Z' on their chest.
