Biography
Randy Robertson
Randy Robertson appeared at the Daily Bugle offices to visit his father, City Editor Joseph "Robbie" Robertson, who was in the middle of a frantic telephone conversation tracking down news regarding a public challenge issued by the villain Mysterio. Seeking direct personal guidance, Randy Robertson engaged his father regarding ongoing student issues at Empire State University, where he had recently enrolled as a student. Following his father’s explicit advice to seek out and build a connection with fellow student and Daily Bugle photographer Peter Parker, Randy Robertson actively pursued the recommendation to establish a foundational friendship. Moving directly onto the university campus the very next day, Randy Robertson aligned himself with fellow student Josh Kittiling, actively stepping into a central role in local student activism by participating in a organized campus protest regarding university facilities. Overview
Personality and attributes
In appearance, Randy Robertson was an African-American human male teenager who possessed a notably tall, well-proportioned, and athletic physical build. He possessed a warm brown complexion, short and cleanly styled dark hair, dark eyes, and a highly expressive facial demeanor that reflected his youthful, earnest, and direct personality. His everyday wardrobe consisted of standard, casual late-1960s American collegiate civilian attire, featuring a structured, dark button-down jacket worn over a light-coloured collared dress shirt. He paired this ensemble with tailored civilian trousers and flat-soled leather walking shoes appropriate for navigating city offices and university campuses. (Amazing Spider-Man v1 #67)

Powers and abilities
Randy Robertson was born a member of the human race, which meant that on a basic level, he possessed entirely standard human biological attributes, lacked any intrinsic superhuman powers or genetic mutations, and was bound by ordinary human physical limitations. He possessed no formal martial arts, military, or tactical self-defense training at this stage, relying entirely on his baseline teenage physical conditioning and natural reflexes. His primary capabilities were rooted entirely in his exceptional baseline intellect, high verbal communication skills, and growing aptitude for academic pursuits, allowing him to successfully manage the admission process into a competitive university network. Furthermore, he demonstrated sharp social awareness, foundational leadership qualities, and a strong sense of personal independence, enabling him to assertively articulate his personal goals to high-ranking corporate professionals.
