The Reclamation Apprehension Coalition (R.A.C.) was an independent organization that operated across several star systems in the J-Star Cluster.
Overview
A Reclamation Agent or Killjoy were multidisciplinary professionals that were licensed to pursue specific types of warrants across the galaxy. Due to their position, they had a broad authority but it was confined within the confines of their warrant enforcement. Each agent was highly skilled but highly competitive who worked in a regulated occupation. Due to the regulations, their were harsh punishments for breaking any of the rules of the R.A.C.
There were numerous levels for its agents that included:

- Level 4 :
- Level 5 :
There were rumors of a Level 6 but this was believed to be a myth.
Red 17 was a secret program that was operated by the R.A.C.
One of the divisions in the R.A.C. was the Office of Interstellar Expansion whose senior officers were responsible for convincing other planetary systems on the benefits of employing the Coalition and set up satellite offices across the J Star Cluster.
There was a single rule among the R.A.C. which was, '"The Warrant is All".
