Rexor, along with Thorgrim, was one of Thulsa Doom's top lieutenants. After Doom's soldiers raided Conan's village and killed Conan's family, Rexor appropriated and wielded Conan's father Mordec's sword. Later Rexor was high priest of the Cult of Set, second only to Doom himself. Still wielding Conan's father's sword, Rexor battled Conan and almost killed him but was stopped by the briefly appearing ghost of Valeria. With Rexor reeling from the surprise of the dead woman's return, Conan was able to slay the high priest and recover his father's sword.
