Rita (Universal Monsters)

The Rita was a derelict ship captained by Lucas, which took Dr. David Reed and his expedition into the dreaded Black Lagoon in search of the Gill Man. Despite Lucas' love for the Rita, she was apparently so badly damaged from the various encounters with the Gill Man that he replaced her with a second boat, the Rita II.
